In the south part of the Dhaka is more dominant by the area of Kamlapur, Shantinagar, Motijheel, Malibagh surrounding. Most of the offices, school-colleges, railway stations, shopping malls, shops, etc, are located there. It is one of the most vibrant place of Dhaka. Many are called this area as the CBD (Central Business District) of Dhaka. In that important areas are connected by the area of Shahidbag. Our project DOM-INNO ADRIANA is located in that prime location for all. The place itself declare the value of the project DOM-INNO ADRIANA.

The symmetrical framework has been used by DOM-INNO ADRIANA to demonstrate its architectural massing brilliance. The precise layout of symmetrical application enhances to its charm. The void space deliberately splits the volume, providing comfort for our eyes. Its pull push building massing overcomes any boring sensations and offers some rhythmic framework. Its elements give it such strong elevations. Its striking architecturally detailed façade accentuates the overall sophistication of the design and contributes to its beauty.

Symmetrical Composition of Balconies

One of the most important pieces to complete a project’s beauty is a balcony. It has the power to alter the organization’s project attitudes. The balcony is employed in the project to harmonize form and environment. These various balcony designs strike a balance between the utilitarian approach and the form’s composition.

With that consideration DOM-INNO designed the roof with green nature. DON-INNO ADRIANA is no exceptional. This project roof is design so politely with green. In the night view this green gives us a piece of peace, take us close to nature.

It is believed that every person is unique and perception and necessity is also distinct. So the Space orientation is not same for all.  To consider that view every family needs to orient their spaces dedicatedly according to their necessity. This necessity is turned a simple one when it is thought by professional one. In addition the space is designed with maximum efficiency when the apartment designer will design the every corner of space.
